About the Job:

As a Business Operations Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless day-to-day operations by managing various tasks and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Gather and organize invoices, accurately record expenses, prepare project-wise profit and loss statements, and provide clear financial snapshots for all markets and projects.
  • HR and Payroll Support: Draft and issue employment letters, process monthly salary payments, deduct applicable taxes and statutory compliance fees, and assist with basic HR and people operations tasks.
  • Administrative Functions: Oversee travel bookings and logistics, manage paperwork and documentation, and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

  • A background in finance, accounting, or business administration is necessary.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, etc.) is expected.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records is crucial.
  • Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work independently is preferred.
