Job Overview

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of our global implementation operations.

This role involves leading a large, distributed team of engagement managers, solution architects, and product specialists across multiple geographies, managing complex enterprise-scale HRMS deployments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives, with a proven ability to drive business impact and growth through successful implementations that drive client retention and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and rapid growth trajectory.

• Lead strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives.

• Champion continuous evolution of the implementation philosophy (Inflexion), precision in measuring and enhancing customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration or equivalent.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in HR/Human Resources Consulting/Human Resources Management System Delivery or Customer Success with minimum 4 years in senior management roles.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks of more than one region/geography.

• Outstanding executive presence with ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

• Ability to present complex technical/functional concepts to large, diverse audiences in clear, compelling manner.
