Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Delivery Expert to lead our project delivery.

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps governance, Monday.com platform management, and technical product ownership.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Approve/manage Azure DevOps access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance.
  • Oversee sustainment and enhancement of Monday.com platform integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
  • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
