Our team is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our product delivery process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile delivery management, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time.

This role requires a deep understanding of the entire software development life cycle, as well as expertise in full-stack software engineering and modern delivery practices. The successful candidate will be able to champion continuous improvement, prioritize tasks effectively, and facilitate collaborative planning and estimating processes.

The selected Scrum Master will work closely with our Product Manager and cross-functional teams to build high-functioning development teams. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the development team follows Agile values and principles, and that all team members are empowered to take ownership of their work.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Agile delivery management experience
  • Ability to manage Scrum teams of experienced full-stack engineers
  • Management of teams that built and maintained business-critical products/applications
  • Exposure to Business-critical systems integrations & RPA
  • Experience in handling DevOps & site reliability engineering teams
