Project Lead & Delivery Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple business verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective management of resources, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication strategies.
  • Manage complex initiatives from initiation to closure, monitoring progress and preparing detailed reports on milestones and key metrics.
  • Develop and track project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee resource acquisition and management, materials, and tools.
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and executive presentations.
  • Drive process improvements, promoting efficiency, automation, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Information Technology knowledge is required in advanced level.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
