Executive Leader, Digital Learning Strategy

The Executive Leader, Digital Learning Strategy will spearhead the organization's vision and execution of comprehensive, digitally driven training & development programs.   • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital learning solutions.
Process Training:
  • Lead the development of a robust training strategy to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs into the organizational workflow.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Management/Business or related field.
