Lead Digital Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, innovation, and strategy.

About the Role
  • This is a leadership position that requires exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end diagnostics across plants/value streams and prioritizing value.
  • They will also design and deliver cost-out programs, shape industry 4.0 roadmaps, and build business cases and benefit-tracking models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations or technology domain.
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong core consulting skills – i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modeling, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected.
  • Strong business development and innovation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership.
  • Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities.
