Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineer along with experience on DevSecOps to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and DevSecOps practices, with a particular focus on Service Catalogs, Integrations, and Virtual Agent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions to support our ITSM goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of solutions focused on Service Catalog, Integrations, and Virtual Agent modules.
  • Design and implement scalable service catalogs and automate workflows for new offerings.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
  • Configure Virtual Agent solutions to enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize to ensure platform scalability and performance.
  • Align with industry standards and maintain documentation for all development work.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
  • Certification in ServiceNow or related technologies.
