Job Overview:

We are seeking a finance transformation leader with deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to drive financial performance across international entities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end R2R transformation focusing on standardization, automation, and ERP/EPM system enhancements.
  • Drive business process improvements using Lean/Kaizen/PDCA methodologies and provide strategic insights to align finance architecture with business goals.
  • Work closely with global finance, IT, and transformation leaders to implement best practices and deliver continuous improvement.
  • Strong exposure to process reengineering, global projects, and ERP/EPM tools is required.
Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in Record-to-Report (finance transformation focus)
  • CA-certified
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
