Job Opportunity: Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Office Coordinator to manage our front office operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls and direct them to the relevant personnel as needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication, providing updates when necessary.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, security, and other related duties.
  • Prepare data related to HR/Admin, such as overtime and canteen details.
  • Perform additional HR and Admin-related tasks as required.
  • Scan, print, and file documents.
  • Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules.
  • Manage front office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide exceptional guest management services.
  • Implement visitor management protocols.
  • Oversee pantry management, including stock maintenance and crockery items.
  • Manage office boy duties during guest visits and in the office.
  • Review tea invoices monthly.
  • Coordinate courier management, including daily entry and distribution records.
  • Resolve courier-related issues.
  • Maintain library registers, issue books, and send reminders after due dates.
  • Promote employee engagement by encouraging them to read books.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in admin, receptionist, or similar roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).
