Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in model development, machine learning, and advanced analytics.

The role involves leveraging data insights to drive business growth and hyper-personalization at scale. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models for various use cases, including segmentation, predictive analytics, prospect identification, targeting, personalization, churn prediction & retention, campaign performance, and other business applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Model Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for various use cases, including revenue management systems, customer 360-degree views, and other business applications.
  • Deep QA Model Validation: Validate existing models using end-to-end quality assurance checks, assess data ingestion, schema integrity, feature engineering, and label quality, and document findings, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including martech, digital, and commercial teams, to operationalize models into platforms and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data science, model validation, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with QA and drift monitoring frameworks for ML models.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake/AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
