We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of next-generation analytics platforms in the Microsoft ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, architecture, or analytics, with hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and a solid understanding of Lakehouse and unified analytics design.
- Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and analytics platforms.
- Build complex data pipelines, transformations, and storage using Dataflows, Pipelines, Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and drive ingestion-to-insight workflows.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build both batch and real-time pipelines, effective communication and collaboration skills, and adaptability in fast-evolving tech landscapes.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who is able to:
- Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of new Fabric capabilities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fabric workloads.
- Establish CI/CD and IaC practices with Azure DevOps, ARM, or Terraform.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance through Purview integration.
Key qualifications include 8-12 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics, 2-3 years hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, and strong skills in SQL, Python, or PySpark. A solid experience with Microsoft Azure services is also required.
Preferred attributes include:
- A strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and data management principles.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Effective project management and leadership skills.
