We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. This role will be responsible for remotely managing Personal Banking customers and developing deeper relationships with them.

Job Description

The Relationship Manager will be accountable for onboarding and activating customers within their targeted segment/portfolio, retaining existing customers through engagement, identifying and meeting customer needs, and encouraging customers to use additional channels where appropriate.

This role will involve delivering a consistently excellent customer experience, leveraging new capabilities and evolving tools to effectively communicate with clients remotely, and ensuring all activities, transactions and sales adhere to prevailing standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Graduation or higher

Mandatory training and assessment in Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions is required.
