We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accurate execution of accounting functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to interpret complex data to provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive financial planning and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, including core accounting functions and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial standards and internal controls.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CA, CPA, or CFA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
