Position: Senior Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Executive who can be a catalyst for change and help us strengthen our people function during this crucial phase. This is an opportunity to shape systems, drive compliance and rebuild processes in a company that is transforming for long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the senior leadership in driving organisational change and initiatives.

• Take ownership of operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance and employee relations.

• Assist in drafting and implementing policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, databases and MIS reports.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.

• Coordinate with external consultants and statutory bodies as required.

• Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience (manufacturing/engineering background preferred).

• Strong knowledge of operations, compliance and payroll.

• Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.

• Hands-on attitude with strong Excel skills.

• Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new systems & processes.

• Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
