Exciting Opportunity to Lead CRE Lending Operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of analysts in processing commercial real estate loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of results with high accuracy while adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Monitor and review team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain adherence to lending policies, standards, and criteria through regular reviews and audits.
  • Approve and validate credit papers/documentation prior to submission to clients.
  • Support the effective use of systems to track and monitor loan applications throughout the approval process.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Escalate complex cases, provide operational updates, and facilitate process alignment discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate open communication between teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Compliance & Risk
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including KYC and Financial Crime teams, to ensure robust onboarding and fraud mitigation strategies.
  • Guarantee compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and client-specific policies.
Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and quality improvements, implementing targeted initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and present insightful reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or financial services.
