Electronic Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in electronics and PCB industry sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in building client relationships, and possess a deep understanding of electronic components and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, effective solution presentation, and timely issue resolution.
- Sales & Negotiation: Utilize market knowledge and technical expertise to negotiate sales agreements, ensuring timely payments and smooth delivery processes.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including design, technical coordination, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Manage incoming leads, perform cold calls, and engage with potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Provide accurate reports on client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in CRM and company systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve at least 80% of the sales plan.
- Maintain consistent, successful client meetings to understand needs and present solutions.
- Ensure smooth deal closure with effective objection handling.
- Timely tracking and receipt of payments.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in PCB industry sales with a practical understanding of electronics.
- Skills: Strong sales skills, proactive communication, and competency in using CRM and office software. Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Characteristics: Extroverted and results-driven, with a proactive and professional approach.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary structure, including a base salary of $60,000 per year, plus 2% commission on profits.
