We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in the role of Anti Money Laundering Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer information and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform thorough due diligence on both individual and corporate clients, identifying potential risks and mitigating factors.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for verifying customer identity and ensuring accurate and timely processing of KYC information.
  • Stay up-to-date with current regulations and emerging trends in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
  • Utilize advanced tools and systems to investigate and mitigate potential risks associated with client transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related issues and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

A strong understanding of financial regulations and anti-money laundering principles is essential, along with hands-on experience in developing and implementing effective AML/CFT programs.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as finance, law, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AML/CFT, customer due diligence, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
