Job Opportunity: Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for internal rating validation, periodic review of industry risk scores, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal rating validation for Corporate, SME, Business Banking, NBFC, MFI, Broker, Bank clients across the bank.
  • Periodic review and updating of industry risk scores including assessment for new industries as deemed appropriate.
  • Track latest industry developments by participation in seminars, conferences and client site visits, interactions with clients, rating agencies, industry database providers.
  • Benchmarking of companies within sectors.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to efficiently manage various stakeholders including senior management from both Credit and Business functions.
  • Define and facilitate the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the division.
  • Nurture talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
