Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating operational, regulatory, and IT risks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential risks.
  • Developing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
  • Monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) and reporting on risk exposures.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting and conducting internal audits related to ISO standards.
  • Preparing for and managing external audits.
  • Tracking and resolving audit findings and non-conformities.

You will also assist in reviewing and implementing risk and compliance policies and procedures across various business functions, supporting awareness and training initiatives, and maintaining accurate documentation of risk assessments and audit findings.

To succeed in this role, you should possess 2-3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or quality management roles, as well as certifications such as ISO certified auditor. You should also have excellent analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
