Operational Risk Management Role

This position is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to business units on operational risk matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the use of operational risk tools and methodologies, engaging with relevant stakeholders, and managing the operational risk management system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide advice and guidance to business units on operational risk management processes and procedures.
  2. Engage with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the use of operational risk tools and methodologies, including risk event reporting, control self-assessment, and key risk indicators.
  3. Liaise with internal partners to address operational risk issues arising in end-to-end processes.
  4. Manage and maintain the operational risk management system, ensuring regular risk reporting and analysis.
  5. Conduct reviews of operational risk metrics, assessing the effectiveness of mitigants and identifying areas for improvement.
