Job Title: Atlassian Support Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Support Professional to provide critical technical assistance for clients utilizing Atlassian tools.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Atlassian tool administration, including JIRA and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional technical support during critical incidents, troubleshooting logs, and resolving project-specific blockers.
  2. Evaluate and integrate third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal functionality.
  3. Design, modify, and optimize JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing.
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  5. Foster a solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive productivity and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Atlassian tool administration.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence (Server and Cloud).
