Platform Success Representative

We are seeking a skilled and driven Platform Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in strengthening our connections with schools and parents.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city. You will also be responsible for onboarding schools onto our platform, verifying class schedules and fees, and reaching out to parents who submitted an inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with schools and activity providers
  • Onboard schools onto our platform, ensuring accurate information is gathered about their classes
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp
  • Communicate effectively with parents who have submitted an inquiry, gathering feedback and providing support as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor when interacting with schools and parents
  • Able to follow established processes, use templates, and update records accurately
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
