Customer Support Specialist

As a key team member, you will handle customer calls and provide top-notch support.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear information regarding products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions to resolve queries.
  • Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems for future reference.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and preventing churn.
  • Meet quality standards and follow guidelines during every interaction.
  • Record customer issues, feedback, and actions taken for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Age: 18-35 years
  • Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates welcome
  • Languages: Fluent in Hindi (mandatory); knowledge of Marathi or English is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude
    • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
    • Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office)
