Job Title: Senior Client Advocate

As a seasoned client advocate, you will play a critical role in fostering long-term relationships with our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of products and services.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular check-ins
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients through strategic planning and partnership development
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to achieve business objectives
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a management or leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
