Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic quality plans that align with overall project objectives and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Quality Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive quality management strategies across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Leadership & Team Management: Provide strong leadership and effective team management for QA/QC personnel, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Project Quality Assurance: Oversee and execute comprehensive Project Quality Assurance activities, ensuring that all processes, procedures, and deliverables meet specified quality requirements and industry standards.
• Inspection & Testing Management: Lead and manage all inspection and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, from raw materials to finished products/deliverables, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Non-Conformance & Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage non-conformances effectively. Proactively identify and assess quality-related risks, developing and implementing robust mitigation strategies.
• Client Liaison & Reporting: Act as a key liaison with clients on all quality-related matters, addressing concerns, providing updates, and presenting clear, concise quality reports.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure meticulous documentation of all QA/QC processes, inspections, test results, and non-conformances. Guarantee full compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA/QC function and across projects, implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance overall quality performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Strategic Quality Planning: Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive quality management strategies.
• Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing QA/QC personnel.
• Project Quality Assurance: Excellent knowledge of Project Quality Assurance principles and practices.
• Inspection & Testing Management: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in leading and managing inspection and testing activities.
• Non-Conformance & Risk Management: Ability to identify, document, and manage non-conformances effectively, and proactively identify and assess quality-related risks.
• Client Liaison & Reporting: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client liaison and reporting.
• Documentation & Compliance: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure meticulous documentation of all QA/QC processes, inspections, test results, and non-conformances.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA/QC function and across projects.
