Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our quality assurance efforts.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading QC teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans align with product goals and requirements.

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, ensuring they are effective and efficient.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.

  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in a QC lead role, with a strong understanding of QA stages, tools, and techniques.

  • 5+ years' experience shipping mobile games in a leadership role, with a proven ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Experience managing multiple on-site and external test teams, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
