Lead Visual Artist for Mobile Gaming

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Visual Artist to join our team and contribute to the development of visually stunning mobile games. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for leading the design and creation of 2D characters, backgrounds, props, clothing, and other visual assets for our mobile game titles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a consistent visual style across all game assets.
  • Design and illustrate high-quality 2D characters tailored for mobile gaming platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient creation of production-ready art.
  • Export and assemble final assets from source files, following technical guidelines and file specifications.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and artistic workflows.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the gaming or animation industry, with a strong focus on mobile game development.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with advanced 2D character illustration skills.
  • Experienced in creating 2D characters, backgrounds, props, clothing, and other visual assets for mobile games.
  • Able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a solid foundation in graphic design principles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining thorough working habits.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about mobile gaming—with hands-on experience in designing and producing art specifically for mobile game titles.
  • Capable of matching a wide range of art styles and visually distinguishing between them for consistent and cohesive asset creation.
