Quality Assurance Manager

Seek a Quality Assurance Professional to lead and implement our corporate quality program with expertise in engineering or consulting organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Program Management: Develop, track, and record the outcomes of all quality audits by implementing company policies, standards, and best practices aligned with leadership goals.
- Auditing and Assurance: Conduct regular internal process audits, publish findings with actionable feedback, and manage Q3 (Self-Check) and Q4 (Independent Check) processes for consistent project implementation.
- Training and Development: Manage quality-related training through awareness sessions and refresher courses for employees, encouraging organizational knowledge building through tools like the Knowledge Capture Tool.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with business line and office managers, conducting Root Cause Analysis for deliverables with low-quality scores, and suggesting corrective actions related to training or technical changes.
- Reporting and Coordination: Report on performance against quality program requirements to leadership and coordinate with Corporate Quality and T&D Quality Assurance Director to align quality management systems across offices.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of total experience in an engineering or consulting organization.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Certifications: Certifications from reputable institutes relevant to quality management are advantageous.
- Skills:
- Management: Strong management, organizational, and data management skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing feedback and conducting training.
- Collaboration: Collaborative work style with robust people skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Problem-Solving: Self-driven, enthusiastic individual with a focus on problem-solving and process enhancement.
