During onboarding, training will be conducted at the office location, with accommodation, food, and travel provided by the company.
- Attend to customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, ensuring it meets high standards.
- Manage inventory of stock, ensuring items are properly logged and available as needed.
- Handle daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day financial summaries with accuracy.
- Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders.
- Resolve customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay in close communication with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of articles and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and efficiency.
