Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique. This role combines client relations, inventory management, and creative tasks to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the store.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage B2C and B2B client relationships effectively.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Maintain high-quality control of products on display.
  • Support website maintenance and updates, ensuring seamless online presence.
  • Manage the store's social media presence, engaging with customers and promoting brand awareness.
  • Curate and maintain visually appealing displays throughout the store.
  • Assist in product photography and content creation for marketing purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales or retail management.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms and apps.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
