Hotel Renovation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our hotel renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple hotel renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and scheduling of renovation projects, including budgeting and cost tracking.
- Managing subcontractors, material procurement, and end-to-end renovation project execution.
- Coordinating with consultants, architects, and interior designers to finalize layout drawings and approvals.
- Preparing project completion schedules and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements:
- BE Civil degree with hotel industry experience.
- Good knowledge of MEP, Architectural Finishes, Luxury Interiors, and Fit-out.
