Job Title: Project Leader

We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative leader to manage multiple renovation and fitout projects in Gurugram Haryana.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and leadership experience in hospitality fit out projects preferably with international hotel brands.
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as well as proficiency in MS Office MS Project and documentation management.

This role offers a unique platform to influence how integrated design is delivered across diverse geographies and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution Cycle Management: Lead the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction ensuring timely safe and on-budget completion with international quality standards.

• Leadership of Design Coordination: Coordinate with design consultants vendors and contractors to ensure seamless execution.

• Construction Strategy Development: Prepare construction strategy with logistics plan and coordinate with cost planning team for preparation of budget.

• Risk Management: Identify delays propose acceleration methods and identify flag risks to timelines and suggest mitigation plans.

• Quality Control and Safety Procedures Implementation: Lead quality control and safety procedures implementation at site.

• Project Handover Process: Prepare and lead project handover process to owner/operator.
