Payer Healthcare Solutioning Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic solutioning leader to drive strategic initiatives in the health insurance (payer) segment.
- Solution & Offering Development: Drive the design/evolution of AI-led technology and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions for payers, third-party administrators (TPAs), managed care organizations (MCOs), and value-based care (VBC).
- Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring: Track and align with HCLS industry and emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
- Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership points of view, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.
- Customer Engagements: Lead customer meetings/workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position/co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Partner & Analyst Engagement: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.
Key Competencies
- Experience: 15+ years overall industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience/expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
- Solutioning Capabilities: Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing/driving AI-led techno-functional solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, innovation orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
