Job Description:
  • The role oversees a portfolio of healthcare clients with control over employees, ensuring seamless delivery and collaboration with onshore teams to drive sales opportunities.
  • The responsible individual will manage multiple teams working from various offshore locations for US Healthcare payer business, focusing on leveraging AI, robotics, and analytics effectively.
  • Experience in claims, appeals, utilization management, back-office enrollment, and prior auth is preferable.
  • This role involves engaging with support teams (Process Excellence/Digital/Analytics) to achieve results and managing relationships with senior-level customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • A robust tracking mechanism must be established to support decision-making, including key indicators of operations.
  • Critical process parameters related to quality must be tracked and driven by the incumbent.
  • Performance management, feedback, and training activities will be assisted by this individual in career development for team members, leaders, and managers.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in independently managing US Healthcare payer clients within a third-party organization.
  • Management skills are required to oversee large teams and take top-line and bottom-line responsibilities.
  • Ability to rapidly respond and creatively address problems and opportunities to devise solutions that meet business needs.
  • A proven track record of managing and growing businesses is essential.
  • Matrix organization sensitivity and cross-cultural/geographical awareness are required.
  • Capacity to create strategies, implement them, and operate simultaneously is necessary.
