Job Description:

We seek an experienced Business Analyst/Scrum Master to collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.

You will lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Additionally, you will drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented and have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.

Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification is also required.

Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent — and Agile methodology with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies is highly desirable.
