Hospital Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of our hospital.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration and a degree in Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage hospital operations, ensuring efficient management and patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hospital performance.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and stakeholders to achieve hospital goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration.
  • Degree in MHA or MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
