Job Title: Strategic Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic healthcare organization. As a Strategic Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams who work from various locations to deliver top-notch services to US healthcare payers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing US healthcare payer clients independently in a third-party organization. They should possess excellent management skills to lead large teams and take both top-line and bottom-line responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanisms for key indicators of operations to support decision-making.
  3. Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters critical to quality for process delivery.
  4. Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders, and managers.
  5. Ensure adequate guidance and training of team members to meet process objectives and customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Professional Skills:

  • Prior work experience in managing US healthcare payer clients independently in a third-party organization.
  • Need to have management skills to manage large teams and take both top line & bottom line responsibilities.
  • Candidate should have ability to respond rapidly and creatively address problems and opportunities, to devise solutions that address the business needs.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing businesses.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and be sensitive to cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities.
  • Ability to create a strategy, implement it, and be operational at the same time.
