About the Role

As a
Dynamic Team Member
in our Founder's Office, you'll work side-by-side with our founders, diving into high-impact projects across strategy, operations, and growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems on the fly, and are excited to take ownership of meaningful initiatives, this is your chance to make a mark.

What You'll Own

  • Strategic Initiatives
    : Collaborate with founders to shape and execute projects that drive our mission forward, from refining educational programs to scaling operations.
  • Action-Oriented Execution
    : Take charge of tasks across strategy, operations, and growth, delivering measurable results that impact students and the organization.
  • Problem-Solving
    : Tackle real-time challenges, from optimizing processes to brainstorming innovative solutions for our programs.
  • Founder's Shadow
    : Work closely with leadership, gaining firsthand insight into building a startup from the ground up, from brainstorming sessions to high-stakes decisions.

    : Contribute to a culture of experimentation, iterating on ideas and processes to enhance our impact.
