Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining business intelligence tools and reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data-driven insights to stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and visualization.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.">
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills).">
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is beneficial.">
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.">
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is advantageous.">
