Senior Custody Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm exchange trades and verify broker contract notes promptly.
- Process clearing house trades efficiently according to regulatory requirements.
- Process exchange orders and handle hand delivery trades with accuracy.
- Manage early pay-ins of securities and funds for clients.
- Maintain margin payments for investors in accordance with set procedures.
- Process instructions on NSDL adhering to established protocols.
- Enhance client satisfaction by facilitating smooth transactions with brokers and exchanges.
- Dispatch reports to clients within agreed-upon timelines.
- Oversee audits to ensure accurate financial records and regulatory compliance.
Essential Skills:
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in custody and settlement operations.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
