Restaurant Management Position

This is a key leadership role within our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest and member experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee restaurant operations to ensure high levels of service delivery
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Lead the recruitment, management, training, and development of the Restaurant team
  • Address guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work effectively within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
  • Promote sales to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with other members of the Food and Beverage team to develop menus
  • Be accountable for monthly stock takes
  • Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
  • Establish departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensure regular communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
  • Maintain an environmentally conscious approach
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and foster good working relationships
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management or supervision
  • Able to meet financial goals
  • Ability to adhere to all Food and Beverage brand standards
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Excellent personal grooming standards
  • Commitment to developing team members and oneself
  • Flexibility to respond to diverse work situations
