System Support Role

Maintain and support corporate applications, including security, configuration, validation, and deployments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot application-specific issues.
  • Serve as the IT configuration expert for assigned systems.
  • Assist with system code publishing and deployment.
  • Manage change requests and execute application security requests.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors on application releases and process management.
  • Write and maintain application-specific documentation.
  • Manage application support queues and troubleshoot issues using technical skills.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent, and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification are required. Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3-4 years), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is also acceptable.
