Talent Sourcing Specialist – IT Infra Hiring Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist for IT Infra recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing top talent for large-scale IT Infra roles and be proficient in using job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles.
  • Bulk up strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring, and possess proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds. They will also have mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
