About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic partner to enable our Business Transformation team. The ideal candidate will serve as an executor, supporting the office of the VP Roundel in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Content Management: Manage strategic priorities to deliver on key initiatives
- Set schedules and curate meeting content Offsites, Leadership meetings, Strategic Priority conversations
- Documentation, agenda management, organizing cadences, calendars for Roundel initiatives
- Establish reliable operating cadence and processes to bring leadership and partners together
- Initiate organisation-wide initiatives based on emerging needs
- Identify process gaps and design new ways of working to build rigor and discipline
Stakeholder Management:
- Build influence by presenting logical reasons in support of one's perspectives
- Develop strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organisation
- Drive collective consensus towards desired outcomes
What you will bring to us:
- 10+ years of experience in project or business management
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into useful business information
- Experience with BI reporting tools and problem-solving frameworks
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple requests, and adapt to changing environments
- Self-motivation, flexibility, and excellent teamwork skills
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- A track record of success and ability to exercise good judgment
