**Job Title:** Senior Executive

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Billing Process Management: Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating and distributing invoices, credit notes, and statements to clients.
  2. Accuracy and Completeness: Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, including rates, quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to gather necessary billing data and resolve billing-related issues.
  4. Review and Verification: Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or errors before issuing invoices.
  5. Monitoring and Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, promptly addressing payment delays, and initiating collection activities when necessary.
  6. Client Communication: Coordinate with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide clarification on billing details and terms.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and organized billing records, including proper documentation of billing adjustments, credit memos, and payment reconciliations.
  8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on billing activities, aging analysis, and revenue collection for management review.
