Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Support Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all client invoices by providing thorough support documentation.
Main Responsibilities:- Document Retrieval: Gather and organize support documents for client invoices from multiple sources, including Oracle, Unanet, and Webnow.
- Data Management: Handle various documents such as timecards, expense reports, vendor invoices, shipping receipts, and client contracts.
- Auditing & Compliance: Prepare projects for quarterly review by internal auditors, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry standards.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform other duties as assigned to support billing and financial operations.
- Experience: 2-5 years of accounting-related experience in billing support and finance.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Experience with billing software, particularly Oracle, is preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
