Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will perform activities related to membership compliance of the exchange, supporting the team in achieving a no error work environment.

Key Result Areas:

  • Change in Director's Details:
    • Review and process applications for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
    • Screen all applications related to change in director details, SHP/DPG, directors, and transfer of membership.
    • Maintain records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.
  • Change in Shareholding/DPG Pattern/Constitution/Re-constitution of Partnership Firm:
    • Review and process shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm.
    • Keep records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.
  • Change in Name of Member Entity and Change in Member Office Address:
    • Review and process applications as per norms, update SEBI Portal.
    • Process such applications without errors within prescribed TAT. Update member names and addresses in CRM databases as per member requests, update other departments.
  • Closure of Alerts in Trackwizz Application, Maintain Monthly Database and MIS/Collation of Data for SEBI/Internal Department:

Preferred Profile:

Educational Qualification:

  • CS/CA/MBA from a Reputed Institute/University.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of work experience in securities/capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.

Skills Required:

  • Proactive and result-oriented.
  • Analytical ability and an eye for detail.
  • Good execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sharing learning and developing/communicating best practices across various groups.
  • Satisfying company and national regulatory standards.

Functional Competencies Required:

  • MS Office (preferably good Excel skills).
