We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to play a critical role in driving success for our worldwide advertisers. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will work closely with our business counterparts in Sales and Account Management to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical solutions and support roles, preferably in the ad tech industry. They will be responsible for onboarding new advertisers, implementing technical tasks associated with setup and delivery, and providing consultation on best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Onboarding: Implement Taboola pixel, conversion tracking, performance, and health analysis for new advertisers.
  • Executional Tasks: Own and implement executional tasks associated with setup and delivery, and provide consultation to the business and customer on best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and proactively solve onboarding related issues.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Drive performance for top advertisers through detailed End2End campaign performance analysis and provide optimization recommendations to increase revenue.
  • Campaign Management: Proactively oversee and manage campaign level performance, advise on delivery and KPI attainment, surface verticalized best practices, insights, trends, and benchmarks to aid performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 3 years of experience in technical solutions or support roles, preferably in the ad tech industry.
  • Strong working experience with SQL, Google Analytics, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, APIs, and Mobile SDKs.
  • Experience with the ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting, and technology, online measurement, ad operations, and ad buying.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and mobile measurement partners, such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch, etc.
