Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate and manage a network of advisors to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain advisor productivity in line with business plans.
  • Foster strong business relationships to drive workflow.
  • Regularly evaluate and advise reporting agents on performance, ensuring career progression.
  • Generate revenue by acquiring new customers through face-to-face or digital interactions.
  • Conduct weekly reviews with the reporting manager.
  • Attend all management-conducted meetings and training programs.
  • Ensure daily joint calls are made.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Bachelor's degree required.

At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance.
